display is flickering while playing video and internet surfing

Display is flickering, partial screen gets blue when i move the video player window. Also when i browse in google chrome for some websites display flickering observed.

I have updated the bios , but there is no improvement in the issue.
the output of the command sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date is below
