Doesn't do anything with the mouse wheel

Bug Description
Yesterday i upgraded kubuntu 15.04 to 15.10
I have try to change volume with the mouse wheel but doesn't works.
Only works changing moving the bar with the mouse, but if you try to change volume with mouse wheel (as i am used to do) doesn't do anything.
