Lost my proprietary driver. Low graphics mode. Trying to fix issue hope I do not have to reinstall system Thanks

William Alexander, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better.

As per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/LTSEnablementStack, your kernel and xorg enablement stack went EOL August 2014.

Is this reproducible with a supported stack/release?
