Wrong keyboard layout after suspend

Bug Description

I use several keyboards on my machine, with different layouts.

After the machine wakes from a sleep it always comes back with the first configured layout instead of the one I was using before it went to sleep.

This is an irritation, rather than a stopper.

I have updated the BIOS as per Christopher M. Penalver's instructions, and the problem is still there.
