xorg segfault on suspend/wake (not allways)

sometimes I face Xorg segfault on wake up from suspend/
I`m using ubuntu 14.04, xorg version is 1:7.7+1ubuntu8
to reproduce:
change power management close lid behaviour to "suspend"
close lid
open lid
Xserver does not restore correctly (blank screen). you can change session to tty1-6 and log in. Killing xorg restores systems functionality. if no action is made bu user after about 30 seconds X server resets automatically rastoring systems functionality

Picek, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. As per http:// www.dell. com/support/ home/us/ en/555/ product- support/ product/ inspiron- 15r-5537/ drivers an update to your computer's buggy and outdated BIOS is available (A08). If you update to this following https:/ /help.ubuntu. com/community/ BIOSUpdate does it change anything?
If it doesn't, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date
