Bug Description

My screens turn off after 30 minutes. However, when I press ctrl-L to lock the computer, the screens stay on until the following morning. I've made the settings in "power" so that the computer locks after screen turn off.

I'm running 16.04 now, the bug still exists. Also, when I press ctrl-L, the screens do go to sleep, but then after half an hour, switch back on again and stay on for the rest of the night.
