Xorg crashed with SIGABRT in raise()

I tried two times to start a Gnome/Openbox session in Ubuntu Precise beta1 with latest updates.
Both times the desktop opened without any panel/system bar (only wallpaper and desktop objects).
During second attempt the system crash happened, generating this bug report.
