Bug Description

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-core

To reproduce, just install xserver-xorg-core 1:1.0.2-0ubuntu10.3 with auto update on a ICH6 intel controler with Nvidia PciExpress 6200.

To reverse the bug, just reinstall the previous xserver-xorg-core_1.0.2-0ubuntu10_i386.deb from Dapper FTP

Well, this update really mess up my xserver :

You should remove it before it'll detroy others ubuntu owners.

Same story here. After an update xorg tells me that neither nvidia nor nv can find any devices. After backgrading just xserver-xorg-core xorg finds my graphics board again. Here is the output of 'lspci' on my machine:
