Version 10.3 unable to detect graphics card

Bug Description

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-core

I have a GeForce 4200 Ti and when I installed the 10.3 update and restarted X, the Xorg log gave only the error "No devices detected" and refused to start. Downgrading back to an earlier version (10) allowed the X server to start up normally.

Didn't really do a lot of effective troubleshooting but if there are specific questions about my config, please let me know and I'll do my best to help.
