[conroe] Display flicker sometimes

It more likey flicker more if I watch someting in fullscreen or a certain image shown is and it starts to flicker a lot out of one where.

I'm guessing by flicker you mean tearing, which is already covered by bug 1754284.

When I mean by flickiering, I meant the display flashes on and off
There is no distortion graphically so I don't think tearing fits that description.
