[nvidia] Xorg process loads CPU heavily after resuming suspended laptop HP Probook 470 G4

Bug Description
The issue is triggered by waking my notebook up after suspending. After that CPU is loaded heavily, and I have to re-boot. The computer does not shut down properly and I have to press the button to turn it off.
After re-booting I do not have this issue until I suspend my notebook again.
