Bug Description

The following problem only happens in the "Ubuntu on Wayland" session (ubuntu 19.04).

I activate "sticky keys" via the Universal Access, Typing Assist (AccessX).
Shift, Control and Left Alt work as expected, but Right Alt doesn't work as a sticky key.

I have tried with two different keyboards, both of them are spanish qwerty.

In case it is useful, this is the output of xev when I press the AltGr key:

KeyPress event, serial 34, synthetic NO, window 0x2600001,
    root 0x2ac, subw 0x0, time 1235858, (11,174), root:(49,249),
    state 0x0, keycode 108 (keysym 0xfe03, ISO_Level3_Shift), same_screen YES,
    XKeysymToKeycode returns keycode: 92
    XLookupString gives 0 bytes:
    XmbLookupString gives 0 bytes:
    XFilterEvent returns: False

KeyRelease event, serial 37, synthetic NO, window 0x2600001,
    root 0x2ac, subw 0x0, time 1235943, (11,174), root:(49,249),
    state 0x80, keycode 108 (keysym 0xfe03, ISO_Level3_Shift), same_screen YES,
    XKeysymToKeycode returns keycode: 92
    XLookupString gives 0 bytes:
    XFilterEvent returns: False
