1. Do you mean fullscreen video playback only, or does the flicker happen with video in a window too?

3. Does the problem only occur when using multiple monitors? Does it go away when you unplug all external monitors and just use the built-in display?

I am reminded of https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=98876, but that is about the modesetting driver which you are not using.

You seem to be using the Intel driver and your log says:

  [ 41.117] (==) intel(0): TearFree disabled

so please try doing https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/intel_graphics#Tear-free_video
