Hybrid (i915+radeon/amdgpu) graphics don't work after resume

Bug Description

When my laptop resumes from suspend, the secondary GPU (Radeon R7 M265) does not work. Prior to suspend I can use it. After suspend, trying DRI_PRIME=1 glxinfo | grep OpenGL simply fails (see attached file).
