X server abort in present_flip_notify

Xorg: ../../present/present.c:489: present_flip_notify: Assertion `vblank == screen_priv->flip_pending' failed.

I encountered X server abort above many times when changing layout and resolution of the screens. Though it is quite random. But it is already fixed in the next X server version 1.19. While Ubuntu 16.04.2 uses X server 1.18.

The patch is https://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/xserver/commit/?id=e473b2bc016adacfe3fa47fdf6a8ce9f8cddff62 . I tried and it applied cleanly to branch 1.18 and it solved the issue for my cases.

So could you insert this patch in https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/xenial/+package/xserver-xorg-core ? Thx!
