Bug Description

If I start a fresh installed Lubuntu 16.04 it stops starting at:

"Started: Update UTMP about System Runlevel Changes"

I had to restart and then to start the recovery console first and then to resume the start to get into the Desktop.

I could fix it by installing the package

xserver-xorg-video-intel

manually. The package wasn't installed during installation and missing.

After reboot Lubuntu starts without problems.
