Xorg crashed with SIGABRT in OsAbort()

Upgraded from 15.04 to 15.10 using update-manager -d. Rebooted machine, used the machine for a couple of hours, rebooted again because of a GNOME Shell extension not working correctly. Error occurred after logging in on the second reboot.
