Bug Description

We need a suitable window manager for XMir so we can load legacy X applications inside a Mir session and have them position and interact with the Mir side.

I have implemented a basic compositing window manager inline in Xmir itself this week. Presently only used in -rootless mode. I also plan on adding a hybrid rootless/fullscreen-rooted mode that should help Ubuntu Touch etc.

Added the -flatten option for shells like Unity8 that can't deal with multiple windows. In flatten rootless mode, Xmir will do its own compositing and window management, exposing only a single Mir surface...
