Bug Description
Locking the screen (Ctrl+Alt+L) only blanks one monitor. Strangely, which monitor gets blackened seems to be almost random. Maybe it depends on whether you use the key combo or it times out?

Please note that the black lock screen is _not_ the same as power management, discussed in bug 1193222.
