[Impact]
* With introduction of snapd/systemd in trusty, it has become impossible to install xorg-server-
* In trusty, logind is managed by upstart, and is not restarted on upgrades, therefore the protective breaks in xorg-server-

* installing snapd, should not remove xorg-server-
