libghc-xmonad-dev depends on non-existent packages on Precise

Apparently, some dev libraries depend on packages with some weird suffixes that are not present on the actual packages.

There is currently a ghc transition ongoing in Precise which will still need some days till all the dependencies got right again.

I uploaded xmonad today, so that should work when your mirror gets it (0.10-3). The -contrib packages should be along in a few days. Hold on tight.
