scrobbling never works (submission failed - not logged in)

I expect my lastfm profile to get updated with what I play

my lastfm profile never gets updated.
The script keeps adding the correct metadata to the queue,
but never manages to submit any. Username and password are correct.
The log always begins like this:

Does this still not work for you?
Because it works for me in 9.04 and 9.10.
