xmms segfaults when using OSS driver

Bug Description

Binary package hint: xmms

This happens when starting the program

tim@Primordial-Soup:~/Desktop$ xmms &

Message: alsa mixer timed out

** WARNING **: oss_open(): Failed to open audio device (/dev/dsp): Device or resource busy

Segmentation fault

I am using an intel centrino chipset with intel's ICHM6 sound card.
