Bug Description
The default directories list of Skins Browser of XMMS only contains
$HOME/.xmms/Skins.
It should also contain the system-wide /usr/share/
where xmms-skins installs its files.
Work-around: Alt+s in XMMS (Skin Browser), Add directory /usr/share/
