Fail to install libxmlrpc-c3-dev_1.06.27-1ubuntu4

It fails to install libxmlrpc-c3-dev_1.06.27-1ubuntu4 on Karmic on a pbuilder because libxmlrpc-c3-dev and libxmlrpc-core-c3-dev contain the same file (usr/bin/xmlrpc-c-config) and libxmlrpc-c3-dev depends on libxmlrpc-core-c3-dev.

If I understand the way the packaging is done, no. For me, it shouldn't have duplicate installation files. The part for main is installed in the core packages. The extra files are installed in the non-core packages, which depends on core packages.

You still need a versioned Replaces if a file used to be present in a different package.

Just to add some details : the package is mostly OK. This patch is just to fix a copy/paste mistake which was done when *.install files was created.
