libxmlrpc-c3 1.06.17-0ubuntu2 package is broken.

Steps to reproduce:
Install aforementioned version
dpkg -L libxmlrpc-c3

Expected behaviour:
Non-trivial list of installed files

Actual behaviour:
Only copyright file and changelog are listed

The updated package hasn't been uploaded to gutsy repos yet. Is there a bzr repository or somewhere else I can download the fixes in the interim?

  * The WTF release.
  * Properly install files, including manpages (LP: #133766).
