Wishlist: include the scomp command line util

It would be nice if the scomp command line util was included in one of the debs.

I had a go at making a patch, but my packaging knowledge is a bit rusty, and originating from way beyond Ubuntu seeing the light...

I have uploaded to my PPA [0] and no errors from dput, but it does not show up yet. Attached is the .diff.gz, but I just noticed that I did not remove the backup debian.ubuntu/ folder...

Anyway, the patch consists of a patch to adapt the scomp command line wrapper to find the right jars, and a patch to rules to have it installed.

OK, uploading worked now, and a better diff.gz is available from my PPA.

Could you post the debdiff between the two versions, so that it's easier to review/discuss the changes ?

Thanks Egon ! This is too late for karmic since we are way past featurefreeze now. That's something we should definitely do for Lucid Lynx though.

Fixed in Debian since 2.5.0-2 (install "xmlbeans" binary package), thanks to Damien Raude-Morvan.
