Bug Description
Due to obsolete x/y in X11 XSizeHints structure, Xmahjongg window position can't be set with -g or --geometry option.
Example : xmahjongg -g +200+200 puts the window at 0,0 instead of 200,200.

This is fixed by the attached patch.
