xlockmore should be compiled with --enable-use-mb for UTF-8 password support

Bug Description

Currently xlockmore doesn't support non-ascii passwords. It should be compiled with --enable-use-mb configure option so it can support UTF-8 passwords.

Still an issue in Ubuntu 11.10. Passwords containing e.g. an €-sign just can not unlock the screen.
