Bug Description
Kubuntu 12 Beta 2, CD release for i386 x32
System languages: English (US) and Romanian. Configured them with English as preferred system language, Romanian second. Enabled key shortcut to switch between them (Ctrl_L+Shift_L). Language Taskbar indicator set. Selected radio "whole system". Opened a text editor. Even if the task indicator shows me that I have switched between languages, the write only with US layout. Opened Libre Office word document. Switched between languages: language of the document remain English (US). Changed document language manually, selecting "Romanian language". Task indicator : Rou. Keyboard.
Is it something that I did wrong or is it a bug?
