Bug Description

The upstream French translation of xkeyboard-config is up-to-date and should be imported in Ubuntu:
http://translationproject.org/PO-files/fr/xkeyboard-config-2.3.fr.po

This translation is even available on the source xkeyboard-config listed here:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/+source/xkeyboard-config/2.3-1ubuntu1/+files/xkeyboard-config_2.3.orig.tar.gz

The launchpad translation tries to redo a lot of work already done upstream:
