can't find my keyboard layout even in 11.04 !!

Bug Description
ok my pc is Dell inspiron 15R aka N5010 coming with the this keyboard :

the closest thing to it is "Dell" from "Dell" list but there are 3 buttons that are switched with each other:
the "<" button types "`", "\" button types "<" and "`" button types "\"
please let someone do something about it.
in Windows OS, "English Table for IBM Arabic 238_L" keyboard layout works fine.

In the meantime you may want to have a look at "Create your own personal keyboard layout"[1], If you do create your own layout please attach it, as it may save the developers some time.
