Bug Description
Binary package hint: xkeyboard-config
1. Activate capslock
2. Enable "Make Caps Lock an additional Ctrl"
3. Capslock is now permanently switched on
Enabling this option should disable capslock otherwise the user will probably be stuck in capslock mode. This is especially important on machines with no capslock indicator light.
