capslock additional control

Bug Description

In gnome-keyboard-properties > Layout > Layout Options, the option for Making CapsLock an Additional Ctrl is in the Ctrl menu, rather than the CapsLock menu. Considering that the option to make CapsLock an additional Esc/Backspace is in the CapsLock menu, this is inconsistent.

those options are xkeyboard-config ones so reassigning

affects: control-center (Ubuntu) → xkeyboard-config (Ubuntu)
