Error in numeric keypad ABNT2 Keyboard-> "." (dot) key displays "," (comma) instead

Bug Description

When Brazil Keyboard Layout (ABNT2 Keyboard) is selected the "." (dot) key in numeric keypad displays a "," (comma) when pressed :(
All other keys do work as expected!

I tested in 2 different computers, same problem...

I can confirm it on Ubuntu 8,10 (noticed the comma in the version number, I pressed the dot key on the keypad).

yup, confirmed. The comma one works as expected, but the dot doesn't. System fully updated, 2008-11-10
