Bug Description
[ Impact ]
Users wanting to use the Ergo-L layout need to manually install
files as root in `/usr/share/
layout, which is not ideal.

Install the new xkb-data package, verify that the layout can
be selected in GNOME and that the layout works properly.

The layout may use features only available in new releases
of xkeyboard-config.

Ergo‑L is an ergonomic keyboard layout meant to optimize the typing
experience in French, English, and programming. Accents, diacritics
and fancy typographic symbols are typed using a custom dead key, but
it is fully implemented in the keymap itself as an `ISO_Level5_Latch.
