keyboard layout, french alternative, no right control

Bug Description

The "french (alternative)" keyboard layout doesn't have the right control key activated.

I forgot to say that I was on Hardy alpha 3, if it helps...

I confirm, in the keyboard applet with the "new" alternative French layout the right control key is labelled as ISO_something (the end cannot be read). Whereas with the legacy alternative layout it is labelled as right control key (this "legacy" layout is the "normal" one of gutsy).

And so, the right control key does not work with hardy (in all three alpha release).

I don't know the use of this iso key, but the right control key is very useful and so is the alternative layout with many interesting characters not found in the default layout, so I suppose that it is something that should be fixed.
