Bug Description

Created and added a new Bangla(Bengali) keyboard layout for India named Shrabon keyboard layout.
It is a four layer layout created to ease Bengali-English transcription.

This won't be added in Ubuntu only, though. I would suggest that you file an upstream bug too.
