same problem on feisty final, amd64. if i try to assign a key combination - let's say win-key+x - to "execute" i hit the win-key and then the dialog ends, and "super l" is stored. when i hit the windows key, keep it pressed, then click on the desired action, then hit x, the combination "Mod4+x" is stored and everything works.
