xinput set as 0 Synaptics touchpad tap option

SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad id=12 [slave pointer (2)]

$ xinput --list-props 12
...
libinput Tapping Enabled (296): 0
...

When I turn on your computer is not working tap on the touchpad. Included if I write in the terminal:
xinput set-prop 12 296 1
