  * Semi-ack NMUs.
    - Accept libav9 & libsmbclient fixes. (Closes: #693106, #729691)
    - Reject removal of dep on libmodplug-dev.
  * Re-add libmodplug-dev dependency and correct the relevant #include.
    (Closes: #696684)
  * Remove Reinhard Tartler from uploaders (at his request).
  * Fix Maintainer address. Now I'll get bug mail again...
  * Fix various FTBFS related to libavcodec & friends.
