Thanks for your bug report. Which version of totem and Ubuntu do you use? Do you use totem-gstreamer or totem-xine? Do you get any output if you start totem from the terminal? |

I can confirm this behaviour on the latest Edgy using totem-xine and libxine-extracodecs. The scroll bar moves forward and the time is advanced bit the actual playing returns to the very beginning. It works fine with other mp3s.

is this still an issue with 8.10 or later?
since the file referenced in the description is no longer accesible, I cannot verify this myself. at least with my local mp3 files i cannot reproduce this.
if the problem still persists, please reopen this bug with an example mp3 file that demonstrates this bug. |
