Bug Description

For unknown reason, my xubuntu session has lost a most important job in its session: xfwm4. There is no window decorations. It is not easy to grab control under a xterm.

An average user cannot tell what should be done when encountering this problem.

Other than loss of window decorations (and associated windows manager functions), there is no loss of other functions. I can take a screen capture (because I put screen capture in a launcher). This window is very weird: http://i.imgur.com/rqUDO.jpg

My way to get out of this bug:
- close all windows applications as much as possible. Any existing window will
- open lxterminal (maybe terminal emulator in xfce may work). Use either launcher or application menu)
- type "xfwm4 &". the windows decorations appears
- Goto setting manager. Add the task xfwm4 into my session. This ensure session is workable at next logon.
