Telegram window doesn't move on first start

Bug Description

On Xubuntu 18.04.5 LTS, only xfwm 4.12.5 is available, without updates.

This causes Telegram window unable to move or resize on first start. See details here: https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfwm4/-/issues/569#note_34962

They claim they already corrected the bug.

Please issue an update option or some other solution (here someone more of an expert than me said the keyword "backport": https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/issues/16562). Thank you!

Xubuntu 18.04 is EOL. Marking this ticket as closed. If you are able to reproduce in a recent supported release (focal, impish, jammy), please reopen this ticket or create a new one. Thanks!
