Blinking Menu with right button mouse click over a file

Bug Description

Just installed yesterday Xubuntu 19.10.

How to reproduce the symptom:

Browse to a folder, select a file, use mouse right button to click on the file and show the menu as you were to check the properties of rthe file. The menu starts to blink.

Is this still an issue with recent releases (20.04, 20.10)?
