Bug Description

When I move the mouse around, I can see various things highlight when the mouse would be hovering over them, but I can not see the mouse cursor itself. Left and right click and scroll works fine.

Forgot to mention, This is running the live ISO. (UbuntuStudio 64 bit)

Is gnome-settings-daemon installed and started in your session?

If yes, then it is probably a duplicate of bug 1390628.

I am sorry, I should have updated this. It appears to have been a problem with using the LTS version (14.04) Startup Disk Creator. When I use dd to to put the ISO image on the USB stick everything works as it should.
