Maximized and normal windows mouse click selecftion

Bug Description

scenario
1) open 2 application windows. one maximized one normal
2) make normal widow the top and move it to the right of the screen
3) click the right point of the sceen (thjis point must belong to normal window), but your action is enterpreted as selection the bottom window (that means that this point threated as belonging to maximized window).

If you have 2 maximized windows you han't suck problem

also no such probmlem with 2 normal windows

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version.
