Xfmedia - segfault on launch

Hello,

The version of xfmedia issued with the 9.04 release of Ubuntu dies with a segmentation fault on launch.

I can confirm this on Xubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackelope.

Please do not assign bugs to anyone unless advised by the developers to do so, then make sure you state so in a comment. Being able to confirm it does not mean that team will be the one fixing it.

Thanks for helping improve Xubuntu and Xfce. This has been reported to the upstream developers. Unfortunately, there probably won't be a quick fix for this, as indicated by the developers at Xfce:

Running xfmedia as root doesn't cause segmentation fault. I had exactly the same problem when i updated from hardy to intrepid.
