Bug Description
Binary package hint: xfig
Open xfig. Insert any text in "special" mode. Export it as "combined ps/pdf/latex". The text appear both in the tex file created AND in the ps/pdf created. Naturally when you latex the whole thing you get them overlayered, which is not at all what you want.
This bug does NOT appear with either "combined ps/latex" or "combined pdf/latex", in both cases the text appears only in the tex.
Ubuntu 8.10 (updated on April 20 or so), Xfig 1:3.2.5-
Thanks!
