xfig crashes when moving a point of an arc

Draw a (three-point) arc, select "move point", and click to a point of an arc. Xfig crashes.

using current (3.2 patchlevel 5c) version in wily (15.10) 64bit xubuntu.

Fix still not released for 16.04 LTS on amd64. Current, buggy version is xfig 1:3.2.5.c-7, the fix is in xfig 1:3.2.5.c-8.

Please move this forward.

Yes please update Xfig to fixed version: just moving the arch anchor point (a very fundamental thing to do when editing archs) now crashes the whole application

yes please: I just ran into the same problem. Rather than modify an arc I have to remake it.
Please tell us how to pick up the updated version.

This bug probably affects zillions of people, now 7 have reported it. The fix exists, can someone please apply it?

Yes please do update Xfig package as the fix is released already. It is such a lightweight, handy tool for creating clean and lightweight graphics for many needs and formats.
